1. General Information

  • Processing Time: All international orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian facility within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted international carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, to offer a range of shipping options. The carrier and service level will be determined based on your selection at checkout.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. International Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

​Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping service selected. Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential customs delays.

  • Standard International Shipping: The most economical option. Estimated delivery time is typically 2-6 weeks.
  • Tracked International Shipping: A more reliable option with end-to-end tracking. Estimated delivery time is typically 1-3 weeks.
  • Express International Shipping: The fastest option available. Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Responsibility of the Customer: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the total price of your order or shipping cost.
  • Crown Moose Coffee Co. is NOT responsible for these charges. The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping charges incurred by us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes internationally. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • Coffee Import Regulations: Some countries have specific regulations or restrictions on importing coffee. It is the customer’s responsibility to research and understand their country’s import laws before placing an order. Crown Moose Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged: Please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
  • If your package is lost in transit: Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed and the tracking information has not updated for at least 10 business days. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
